We have 25+ years of experience in many different businesses and different product categories. Our role is to limit the risk for your business and look for missed opportunity. We are there to support, and be a guide, as we have a strong understanding of the different retail dynamics at play. We review most of the 4 P’s of marketing to seek position and opportunity. Focussing on Product, Price, Promotion, & Process.

Growth is individual. Depending on where you are in the life-cycle of your business, it can be many things: Starting up, scaling, increasing revenue, maximising profit, shifting categories, improving stockturn to support cashflow, we can support.

We have created businesses from inception to approx. 35 stores, been part of a team that has grown a business of approx. 20 stores to 120 stores, also lead a senior buyer-ship responsible for individual sales budget in the 9 figure range.
